Holiday Shipping Info!

Hi friends! If there's one thing I'm not fond of during festive season, it's unexpected delays or surprises when it comes to shipping gifts. So, I want to share all the info you need to make sure your ordering process goes smoothly.

Shipping Cut-off Dates for Christmas

ALL ETSY ORDERS: Please order by December 13th if you're buying from our Etsy shop.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS: Please order by December 1st if you're buying anything that has a customizable element (ex. custom name pillow covers).

Otherwise, please follow these dates for ordering products from our website:

• USA addresses: order before December 13th
• Canadians: order before December 17th
• Local delivery (Calgary area): order before December 20th

PO Boxes & the Canada Post Strike

We have chosen to partner with alternative shipping providers during the Canada Post strike. This will reduce the probability of a delay during shipment. It also means that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address for shipping at checkout. If you submit your order with a PO Box listed for shipping, we will be contacting you for an alternative.
