Mamas for Mamas
In partnership with Mamas for Mamas, for every baby blanket that you buy from Oxeye Floral Co., another will be donated to their At-Risk Comprehensive Support program which supports Mommas & their children in overcoming the impact of poverty on their lives.
The Alzheimer Society of Canada
100% of proceeds from the Chickadees print are donated to Alzheimer Society of Canada in my Grandmother's honor and in honor of anyone else struggling with the impacts of this disease. My heart is with you.
Why the Alheimer's Society?
These Chickadees were created in honor of my grandmother (& her sisters) who passed from Alzheimer's in 2017. She taught me how to press flowers and inspired a love of crafts at a very young age. She was one of the strongest, bravest women I have come to know and I will always miss her.
I will not miss those last years of watching her whither away into a shell of who she once was. I will not miss walking into the room and her having no idea who I am. I will not miss introducing her to her great-grandchildren but having to keep them out of reach in case she became violent. She is in a better place now and for that I am grateful, but the effects of this disease are haunting and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Skipping Stone Calgary
In support of Skipping Stone Calgary, 100% of proceeds from Rainbow Greeting cards & prints during pride month (June) is donated to connect trans and gender diverse youth, adults, and families with comprehensive and low barrier access to the support they need and deserve.
