Only original pieces and keepsakes contain real pressed flowers. However, you may be surprised by the detail and colour quality of our prints and you’ll find that they are easily mistaken for the “real thing”! When we create a pressed flower art piece for our products, we have it professionally photographed, then we use the digitized version for our high-quality art prints, greeting cards, mugs, blankets and more!

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking number for your package. Make sure to check your junk mail!
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely by sending all orders out as expedited packages with tracking and insurance included. If the parcel has not arrived and it's past the expected delivery date, please reach out to us and we will do our best to work with the shipping provider to sort it out.
Although we strive to send out orders every week, the time of arrival will depend on the carrier and your location. All of our shipments come with tracking which you can find in the confirmation email you receive once it has been shipped. If you’re unable to track your package or have not received a confirmation email within 1 week of ordering, please get in touch.
Our local delivery service offers same-day delivery within Calgary once the order is fulfilled. So, once your order is packed up and ready to go, you should get it within a day!
If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to have a refund or exchange, please reach out to us with your original order details. Refunds are available when you return your original item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that Oxeye Floral Co does not provide return shipping labels and the cost of shipping will be your responsibility.
Generally we restock our prints at least monthly, however if you are in need of a print ASAP and it is sold out, please send us an email and we can see what we can do!
Absolutely! We are able to press any bouquet that holds sentimental value to you in order to create a one of a kind piece. Contact us on our commissions page.

At Oxeye Floral Co., we do our very best to be environmentally conscious when buying materials and shipping goods. This is a small business, so we hope that even our small-scale sustainability efforts can make a difference. We re-use packing materials whenever we can and we source all our prints locally to reduce shipping waste and carbon emissions.
Our prints and cards are packaged in a compostable sleeve with recyclable packaging. We also use paper "tape" instead of plastic so you can recycle your packaging seamlessly.
The nature of our business requires cutting flowers in bloom, so whenever we cut garden flowers to press, we are careful to leave some behind for the bees. Furthermore, any vases or reusable containers that we accumulate from floral keepsakes are donated instead of discarded.
No, BUT… we used to enjoy hosting flower pressing workshops around the Calgary area, and with enough interest we could start again. If this is something you want to see come back, reach out to us on our contact page!
